Biology Professor – Remote AI Model Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Biology Professor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. Working remotely, you will design challenging queries, assess the models’ responses, and contribute to improving their accuracy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pose advanced biology questions to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for scientific correctness and logical consistency.
• Measure progress of AI models and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and solutions to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate on project selection and manage your own schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Background in cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in Canada and able to work as an independent contractor.
