Bilingual Traveling Customer Trainer

About the role

As an entry‑level Bilingual Traveling Customer Trainer you will support automotive dealerships in adopting the Reynolds and Reynolds software platform. You will split your time between a home office and on‑site visits, delivering hands‑on training and ensuring a smooth conversion for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Spend 15‑25% of the time working remotely from a home office preparing for upcoming installations.
• Travel to dealership sites (75‑85% of the time) individually or with a team to meet management, understand business needs, and configure solutions.
• Deliver in‑person software training, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to dealership personnel.
• Communicate with internal groups, assist with remote training, and handle administrative duties such as reporting and weekly updates.
• Monitor personal workload, prioritize tasks, and share knowledge with team members.
• Allocate time for personal learning, growth, and development.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Perfect bilingualism in French and English.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including company‑paid trips to the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a willingness to stand, sit, and perform physical tasks on‑site.
