Bilingual Search & Registration Clerk (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

ESC is seeking two bilingual Search & Registration Clerks to support clients across Canada. The role involves processing, organizing and reporting search and registration results related to the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) and other corporate and land‑title services. Candidates can work from Toronto (hybrid) or Montreal (fully remote) on a full‑time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with ordering and fulfillment of securities, PPSA, corporate, NUANS and land‑title searches.
• Prepare and file Articles of Incorporation, Business Style Names and PPSA registrations electronically and manually.
• Conduct preliminary NUANS searches and provide naming suitability reports.
• Perform corporate, due‑diligence and real‑estate searches province‑wide and deliver accurate reports.
• Handle additional related administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Law Clerk Diploma or Business Diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in a fast‑paced office environment.
• Legal knowledge of PPSA, corporate filings and land‑title registries is an asset.
• Self‑motivated, independent thinker who works well in a team.

• Strong technological aptitude for electronic filing systems.
