Bilingual Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing air‑quality services company operating across Ontario and Quebec. This fully remote position supports hiring for multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and create compelling job postings.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in English and French.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with offer negotiations and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French.
• Proven ability to manage 10+ open positions per month.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a remote environment.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative roles.
