About the role
As the first point of contact for staff and visitors at Chanel's Toronto office, you will welcome clients both in person and virtually, ensuring a warm and professional experience. The role also supports the Candiac, Québec warehouse via a virtual switchboard system.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist internal and external visitors, managing the reception area to a high standard.
- Handle incoming switchboard calls and route them appropriately.
- Coordinate boardroom bookings, catering, and meeting logistics.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support ad‑hoc projects for Public Relations and Training teams.
- Provide general information on company processes, policies, and emergency procedures.
- Perform routine tasks such as FedEx shipments, bulk product ordering, and building access control.
Required profile
- Fluent in both French and English (mandatory bilingualism).
- Approachable, client‑oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Methodical work style with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
- Clear verbal and written communication in both languages.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent situations.
- Team player who maintains discretion and professionalism.
