Bilingual Management Trainee

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a bilingual Management Trainee to join its Management Training Program in Gatineau. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track path into management within the company’s car‑rental and mobility services network. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn and apply sales, marketing, finance, and operational procedures.
• Assist in daily branch operations, including vehicle rentals, customer service, and financial transactions.
• Build relationships in the local community to generate new business.
• Participate in performance reviews and development workshops.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (bilingual).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a desire to exceed service standards.
• Motivation to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
