Bilingual Logistics Specialist – Hybrid (French/English)

About the role

We are expanding our logistics team in Dollard‑des‑Ormeaux and are looking for bilingual (French/English) professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments. The positions cover ground transportation customer success, international air logistics, and overall international logistics management, all within a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and support for LTL and small‑parcel shipments.
• Coordinate air freight bookings from origin to delivery, acting as the operational bridge between customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Lead day‑to‑day international logistics operations across ground, air, and ocean modes, supervising a small team and driving process improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities, resolve shipment issues, and ensure on‑time performance.

Required profile

• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of LTL, small parcel, ground, air, and ocean freight operations.
• Strong communication, customer‑service, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
