About the role

As a Bilingual Health & Safety Assessor you will combine hands‑on contractor compliance expertise with technology‑driven innovation. You will evaluate contractor safety programs, guide them toward accreditation, and help shape the next generation of compliance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assess contractor applications and health‑and‑safety documentation against regulatory standards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert to improve assessment criteria, accreditation standards, and knowledge‑base content.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews, maintain evidence handling, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Generate management reports, analyse compliance trends and recommend operational improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to contractors via phone and email, building professional relationships while representing the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health and safety compliance and contractor accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience with compliance management software or platforms.
