Bilingual Community Manager – Quebec

About the role

This position supports brands in Quebec by delivering bilingual social‑media strategy, client training, and campaign coordination. You will translate and localise content for Québécois French and English, ensuring cultural relevance while driving platform adoption and campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt, and deliver client training sessions, workshops and presentations for Quebec audiences.
• Translate and localise written and spoken content from English to Québécois French, preserving tone and meaning.
• Edit and proofread translated materials for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding goals and supporting ongoing needs.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and updates using Asana or similar collaboration tools.
• Assist internal teams with client‑facing materials, presentations and documentation.
• Compile reports and performance summaries to track client success and campaign impact.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of processes and client outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, communications, client services or related fields.
• Full professional fluency in Québécois French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
• Experience in translation, localisation or bilingual content adaptation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and client requests simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data and performance insights.
