Bilingual Business Development Manager

About the role

Our client is expanding its presence across Ontario and Quebec and seeks a Bilingual Business Development Manager to drive growth in the fuel, petroleum, convenience retail and gas‑station sectors. The role blends account management, relationship building and new‑business development in a fast‑moving, competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships across Ontario and Quebec.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the fuel and convenience retail market.
• Support long‑term contract renewals and customer retention.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide operational support to dealer partners.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory growth initiatives.
• Manage account activity, pipeline updates and dealer communications through CRM systems.
• Travel throughout the territory approximately four days per week.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Experience in the fuel, petroleum, convenience retail, or gas‑station industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and business‑development skills.
• Understanding of dealer operations and long‑term customer partnerships.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Experience working within the Quebec market (highly valued).

Required skills

• CRM experience such as Salesforce (asset).
