Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Trainer – Remote (Montreal)

About the role

PBS Systems is seeking a bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Trainer to deliver expert training on its Dealer Management Software (DMS) across North America. The position is based in the Montreal area, with a hybrid work model that combines remote sessions and on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in‑person training sessions in English and French for new and existing customers.
• Guide customers through software implementation and ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage and deliver all assigned training sessions independently.
• Handle DTO Cornerstone support tickets promptly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service while demonstrating the PBS DMS system.
• Document issues, escalate when necessary, and keep process documentation up to date.
• Share knowledge across teams and contribute to continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month across Canada and the USA.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PBS Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Data entry competency.
• Experience using DTO Cornerstone ticketing platform.
