Bilingual Account Manager (French/English)

About the role

Uber Eats is looking for a bilingual Account Manager to drive growth for restaurant partners across Quebec. You will act as the primary point of contact, combining sales expertise with consultative partnership to help restaurants expand their digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners, accountable for retention, volume and revenue.
• Analyze delivery performance data and pitch growth levers such as ads, targeted promotions and pricing strategies.
• Conduct objection‑handling conversations, negotiate terms and address pricing or fee concerns.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, balancing day‑to‑day support with proactive outreach and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and customer support to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the merchant experience.
• Adapt quickly to new platform tools and shifting market dynamics, applying insights without a strict playbook.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data sets and explaining insights to partners.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
