Bilingual Account Manager – Foodservice

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join a leading Foodservice company in Montreal. The role is office‑based and involves direct interaction with customers across Canada and the United States, representing a respected brand in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Foodservice accounts throughout Canada.
• Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct in‑person visits, product presentations, and onsite meetings.
• Represent the brand at industry tradeshows, events, and key client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in Foodservice.
• Experience working in the U.S. Foodservice market.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (asset).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with solid organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client travel.
