Beauty Advisor – La Mer

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team as a Beauty Advisor for La Mer. You will work in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment, building lasting relationships with high‑end clients while driving sales of iconic skincare products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Consistently exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the wider selling team.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Participate in all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales‑support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets, preferably in a commission‑based environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior experience in luxury beauty retail is preferred.
