About the role
Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team as a Beauty Advisor, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in a fashion‑driven environment. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through premium beauty products while contributing to the store’s sales and brand goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
- Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
- Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
- Share expert product knowledge with the entire selling team.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
- Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to drive brand sales.
- Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales‑support tasks.
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum two years experience in a commission‑based sales role.
- Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred.
