Beauty Advisor – Byredo (Contract)

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team as a Beauty Advisor for the Byredo brand. In this contract position you will deliver exceptional service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and follow‑up communications.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and assist with visual merchandising, price changes, and floor recovery.
• Identify marketing opportunities, recommend assortments, and support event execution.
• Attend all vendor and internal training sessions.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
