Barista/Server – Takeaway Counter

About the role

As a Takeaway Counter Barista/Server at Hilton Québec, you will be the face of our coffee service, preparing high‑quality beverages and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for guests on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Hilton standards.
• Maintain product consistency, quality, and attractive presentation.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle daily cash transactions.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and perform daily requisitions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory placement.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong autonomy and dynamism.
• Fast execution and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Relevant experience in restaurant or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to work.
