Back of House Coordinator – Retail Stockroom (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Back of House Coordinator to join our retail team at the Queen St. store in Toronto. This part‑time, permanent position offers the chance to develop operational expertise while supporting a fast‑growing streetwear brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support Front of House staff by pulling in‑store customer requests.
• Lead day‑to‑day stockroom operations, ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement and cleanliness.
• Receive, handle and manage merchandise inventory efficiently to contribute to store profitability.
• Process e‑commerce orders end‑to‑end, including picking, packing and shipping directly to customers.
• Communicate daily with customer service and store teams via Slack and email.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales.
• Utilise the company’s inventory system for daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or stockroom environments.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Shopify platform experience.
