Aviation Cleaner – Full‑Time

About the role

FTAI Aviation is seeking a dedicated Aviation Cleaner to join its Montréal facility. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of commercial jet engine components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow manufacturer instructions to clean aircraft engine components.
• Perform mechanical and chemical cleaning, including sandblasting of aeronautical parts.
• Inspect cleaned parts for consistency with specifications and eliminate defects.
• Transport parts, components, or modules between workstations as needed.
• Lift and handle parts up to 20 lb.

Required profile

• Experience in the aeronautical or manufacturing field is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Mechanical cleaning of aerospace components.
• Chemical cleaning and handling of cleaning solutions.
• Sandblasting techniques for aeronautical parts.
