About the role
Join Neepawa Tire Ltd as an Automotive Service Technician, focusing on the maintenance and repair of commercial transport trucks. You will work on‑site in a heavy‑equipment environment, providing high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
- Inspect mechanical units, locate faults and test automotive systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, estimate parts and labour costs, and complete repair reports.
- Repair and balance tires, advise customers on work performed and future repair needs.
Required profile
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or motor vehicle mechanic.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in bending, crouching, kneeling positions.
- Team‑player attitude and willingness to follow safety and emergency procedures.
Required skills
- Adjusting and repairing truck components.
- Testing and diagnosing automotive systems.
- Balancing and repairing tires.
