About the role
The Automobile Cleaning Supervisor will lead the cleaning team at Bashir's Auto Centre in North Vancouver, ensuring high‑quality vehicle cleaning services while managing schedules and coordinating with other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of 3‑4 cleaning staff members.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to meet tight deadlines.
- Recommend and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Assist cleaners with tasks when needed and provide on‑the‑job guidance.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, adapting to fast‑paced environments.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Initiative, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
