About the role
The Fashion Associate position at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to develop retail and customer‑service skills in a fast‑paced environment. You will work as part of a team to maintain fashion merchandise standards, ensure a safe and clean store, and support seasonal merchandising initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers politely, promote products, locate merchandise, assist purchase decisions and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, hazard‑free work area by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs and securing displays.
- Process and stock all fashion merchandise, keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Merchandise non‑modular fashion items and ensure proper fixtures and signage are used.
- Replenish and arrange seasonal merchandise promptly.
Required profile
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
