Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer you will conduct routine inspections and develop testing models to analyse raw materials, in‑process materials and finished products. You will work closely with operations to ensure customer and product specifications are met and support continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine assignments applying broad theoretical knowledge.
• Monitor compliance with customer and product specifications.
• Develop procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
• Analyse raw materials, in‑process materials and finished goods using QA testing models.
• Suggest solutions to identified product issues.
• Work largely unsupervised on complex products or specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience with a variety of testing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of test methodology, tools, standards and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, reprioritise and think critically.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
