Associate Project Manager

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager at Narvar, you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of our post‑purchase customer experience platform for retail clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and strong alignment throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects from kickoff through post‑go‑live, tracking progress, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineers, internal stakeholders, and external customers to deliver high‑quality, on‑time solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and setting expectations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, translating requirements into detailed implementation plans.
• Support change‑management activities, including scope adjustments and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and communications.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Participate in post‑go‑live handoff and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of client‑facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with e‑commerce or retail systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional setting.
