Associate, Product Expert

About the role

DECIEM is seeking a curious and detail‑oriented Associate, Product Expert to join its Toronto head office. In this position you will translate complex skincare science into clear, actionable advice for customers and internal teams, helping to elevate the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, science‑backed skincare advice and product recommendations via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding individual skin concerns and creating tailored routines.
• Develop deep product and ingredient expertise through collaboration with R&D, Scientific Communications and Learning & Development.
• Provide compliant support for product concerns and adverse reactions, partnering with Legal and Regulatory Affairs when needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback and resolutions to maintain high‑quality data.
• Capture and categorize insights to identify trends that inform product and brand improvements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Retail, Customer Support, Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Share knowledge in meetings, best‑practice sessions and live brand events.
