Associate Manager – AI LLM Technology Architecture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end AI platform architectures that enable modern enterprises to leverage large language models, generative AI and classical machine learning. The role sits at the intersection of business and engineering, translating client objectives into robust, production‑ready AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture for AI/LLM solutions, including agentic applications, security, observability and model inference.
• Lead the design of AI context layers that integrate enterprise knowledge bases, structured and unstructured data sources.
• Select and apply appropriate design patterns, frameworks and tools to ensure cohesion across the full AI stack.
• Produce architecture artifacts such as decision records, component diagrams and integration specifications.
• Guide cross‑functional teams of data engineers, ML engineers and developers to implement the architecture with clarity and confidence.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with several years of experience designing AI or machine‑learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑grade non‑functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, governance).
• Proven ability to act as a technical authority across multiple client engagements.
