Associate Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Key Account Manager to drive business growth and build long‑term partnerships with key retail partners. You will work with some of the largest grocery channel accounts in Canada, helping a globally recognised brand inspire the builders of tomorrow.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with Grocery Channel accounts such as London Drugs, Dollarama and Giant Tiger.
• Design and execute sustainable commercial plans, including operational business plans and in‑store brand execution.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across visual presentation, product management and marketing.
• Negotiate business contracts and trading terms where required.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, customer scorecards and store‑level data.
• Monitor account trade budgets and basic P&L to improve ROI and drive value growth.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account, Trade Marketing, Operations and Digital teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Account Management, Demand Planning or Customer Planning within a multinational environment.
• Commercial expertise in both physical stores and e‑commerce sales.
• Strategic orientation with a track record of shaping and executing commercial initiatives.
• Customer‑focused, results‑driven and comfortable proposing innovative recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
