Associate Director, Global Recruitment & Partnership

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead global recruitment and partnership initiatives for medical and veterinary education programs across Canada. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, driving student awareness, interest, and application growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory recruitment strategies aligned with growth targets, including market analysis and opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, advisors, and external influencers to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
• Plan and deliver in‑person and virtual events, presentations, workshops, and information sessions for prospective students.
• Generate and convert inquiries into completed applications through targeted outreach and relationship‑building.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and co‑branded initiatives.
• Represent institutions at conferences, regional events, and education fairs while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting to track results and optimize strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, field marketing or partnership development.
• Proven ability to build external relationships and influence stakeholders in education or similar sectors.
• Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional weekends.
• Strong organizational, communication and data‑management abilities.
