Associate Account Executive

About the role

Quo is building an AI‑driven phone platform that helps small businesses communicate more effectively. As an Associate Account Executive you will guide fast‑growing teams through the evaluation and adoption of Quo, balancing automation, speed, and human connection to deliver a best‑in‑class buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first touchpoint for inbound prospects, responding quickly to web‑form submissions, demo requests, and trial sign‑ups while using Quo to call, text, and qualify leads.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, and Zapier and tailoring solutions for their tech stacks.
• Run product demos that showcase call‑flow builders, automations, integrations, and APIs, configuring Quo to meet exact prospect needs.
• Translate technical questions between customers and internal support teams to ensure fast, accurate resolutions.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to manage lead follow‑up, maintain pipeline hygiene, and prioritize outreach.
• Use data from Salesforce, Gong, Pocus, and HubSpot to identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and optimize conversion rates.
• Design repeatable inbound workflows that scale as lead volume grows, contributing to operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong sales expertise with a focus on inbound lead management.
• Technical fluency to discuss integrations and product features.
• Analytical thinking to use data for process improvement.
