Assistant Store Manager – Vancouver, BC

About the role

This hands‑on position develops supervisory experience, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion and business acumen while preparing you for full store management. You will learn to drive sales, build great teams and create a welcoming community hub.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer‑service management experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
• High School diploma or GED; legal right to work in Canada.
• Availability to work full‑time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
