About the role

Michael Hill is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support store operations in Burnaby, BC. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help create memorable experiences for customers while driving sales and leading a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning in their absence.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and promote the tiered commission structure.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.

• Ability to lead and coach a team, fostering a supportive and high‑performance culture.
