Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Toronto construction team. In this role you will support the planning, scheduling and execution of construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out while upholding Broccolini’s core values of pride, collaboration, integrity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and execution of projects from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Maintain and track detailed project schedules, identifying potential impacts.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, forecasting and financial performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly progress draws, client billings and review purchase orders.
• Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Attend and document project meetings with clients, trades and consultants.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental standards on site.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years construction experience or equivalent technical training.
• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture.
• Understanding of contract terms and financials related to construction projects.
• Strong architectural and civil knowledge with basic MEP concepts.
