About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations at Metro Richelieu’s Beloeil location. This position ensures smooth workflow, high customer satisfaction, and efficient handling of meat products. The role combines leadership, problem‑solving and hands‑on tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations to maintain efficiency.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, staffing and product displays.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages promptly.
- Wrap and package prepared meats according to quality standards.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
