About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations at our Pickering location. The role involves managing staff, overseeing merchandise selection, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Decide on merchandise and services to be sold.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
