About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support store operations at our Spruce Grove location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing merchandise, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures, including criminal record checks.
- Maintain store standards in a fast‑paced environment.
