About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our McDonald’s restaurant in Hawkesbury. You will help drive profitability, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team of crew members.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to control labour costs.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, schedule, train and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and address customer concerns.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and complete related financial reports.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service management.
- Proven supervisory experience and ability to conduct performance reviews.
