About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily food service operations at our Subway location in Niagara Falls. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily operations, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory, balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints, provide customer service, and participate in marketing plan implementation.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Dependable, flexible, organized, reliable team player.
