Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM will support the daily operation of Dior.ca and drive CRM omni‑channel marketing programs across Canada. You will work closely with teams in Canada, the United States and Paris, ensuring seamless product launches, promotions and customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage setup and merchandising integration of new SKUs on two bilingual e‑commerce sites, including PIM data entry and price verification.
• Re‑order categories, configure cross‑sell rules, and optimise e‑merchandising based on trends and performance data.
• Update Best‑Sellers, New Arrivals and on‑site search pages, and manage seasonal animation kits for the Canadian market.
• Partner with US project leads on UAT, test plans and feature releases; create and resolve Jira tickets for local site issues.
• Verify and test promotional banners and e‑commerce offers.
• Fully integrate automated email campaigns in Adobe Campaign, draft content in the BE FREE tool, and monitor key metrics (open, click‑through, conversion rates).
• Build and launch weekly SMS programs (Attentive) and trigger‑email flows (Blue Core), and support Dior Connect CRM boutique templates.
• Localise and set up Narvar tracking emails in collaboration with US partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital merchandising or CRM within a retail or luxury environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographic teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative mindset.
