Assistant Brand Manager – Professional Channel

About the role

Dermalogica is looking for a motivated Assistant Brand Manager to support the Professional Channel within its Canadian Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will help shape brand strategy, execute B2B marketing programs, and ensure consistent merchandising across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans, including product launches, trade promotions, visual merchandising, and advertising for the professional channel.
• Measure performance against ROI and KPI targets, share insights, and act on learnings to drive growth.
• Identify market opportunities using sales data, competitive trends, and new product information.
• Maintain brand image consistency across visual merchandising, promotional materials, and activations.
• Manage SKU creation, price lists, and order forms, adapting global assets for the Canadian market.
• Produce bilingual (English/French) marketing collateral such as point‑of‑sale displays, education calendars, and event support.
• Lead communication tools for the professional channel, including monthly profit updates, e‑blasts, and social media content.
• Collaborate with digital, PR, and education teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective product training.
• Coordinate promotional updates with the B2B order management system and support sales prospecting initiatives.
• Own projects from concept through execution, managing timelines and priorities.
