About the role
Join Scooped by Demetres, a new craft ice‑cream shop in Toronto’s CityPlace. As an Artisan you will greet guests, explain our unique flavours and serve handcrafted ice‑cream in a bright, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, personable service to every guest.
- Articulate the craft behind our ice‑cream flavours clearly.
- Guide guests toward their future favourite flavours.
- Scoop and serve large volumes of ice‑cream efficiently.
Required profile
- Work quickly and efficiently while multitasking.
- Learn fast, follow directions, keep a clean station and stay organized.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and colleagues.
