Architectural Technologist

About the role

Dualita Architecture Inc. is seeking an Architectural Technologist to create detailed 3‑D and 2‑D models, prepare working drawings and support construction projects in Edmonton. The role combines technical design work with supervision of a small technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Create three‑dimensional (3‑D) models and two‑dimensional (2‑D) drawings using CAD software.
• Analyze technical documents, tender contracts and estimate costs and materials.
• Prepare presentation graphics, working drawings and construction documentation.
• Supervise and monitor a team of 5‑10 architectural technical staff.
• Inspect work on site, ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education in a related field.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in architectural technology.
• Ability to supervise a small technical team and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
