About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Regina, SK focuses on delivering detailed architectural and construction documentation for residential projects. You will develop technical designs, collaborate closely with clients and team members, and ensure that every design meets both functional and aesthetic standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural, construction, and working drawings.
- Develop technical designs for residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Incorporate client feedback to produce innovative and functional designs.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Architectural Technology and technical drawing.
- Expertise in preparing working, architectural, and construction drawings.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in residential design is an asset.
