About the role
Bilfinger is seeking a motivated Architectural Design Trainee to support a variety of engineering and construction projects across the Middle East. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in all phases of design, from early feasibility studies to detailed construction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in design activities for projects at prefeasibility, feasibility, concept, basic, and detailed design stages.
- Prepare permitting, tender documentation, design validation, technical due diligence, and specifications for general contractors.
- Provide technical support during construction and attend review, progress, and coordination meetings.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and uphold safety standards on site.
Required profile
- Diploma in an architectural discipline.
- Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Bahraini national (as indicated in the title).
- Proficient English communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Archicad.
- Experience with Revit (3D modelling) – advantage.
- Experience with AutoCAD – advantage.
