Appointment Setter / SDR – Commission‑Only Remote (USA/Canada)

About the role

Masai Marketing is seeking motivated appointment setters / SDRs to generate qualified sales conversations for our digital‑marketing services aimed at contractors. This is a fully remote, commission‑only position covering the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
• Use provided scripts and CRM to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior closers.
• Track interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• After 60‑90 days of strong performance, transition to closing your own deals.
• Contribute to team growth and eventually move into a sales‑manager role.

Required profile

• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high call volume.
• Self‑motivated with no need for daily supervision.
• Quick learner who adapts to scripts and processes.
• Desire to grow into higher‑earning sales positions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local SEO concepts.
