Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, automation‑focused Application Developer to build the user interfaces and internal software tools that power our factory’s administration, testing, and production. You will design databases and dashboards that visualize production data and streamline workflow management, turning complex information into easy‑to‑use solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop internal software tools supporting production, testing, and administration.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and robust backend databases.
• Maintain and update production‑management tools to maximise efficiency.
• Support data‑visualisation initiatives to help management track KPIs and factory metrics.
• Collaborate with factory staff to refine and improve tool usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user‑centric development.
• Experience in database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
• Proficiency with modern web or desktop application frameworks.
• Creative problem‑solving with a focus on automation and data visualisation.
