About the role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst specialized in Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Operations and After‑Sales teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in month‑end close, financial reporting and budgeting within a multi‑site manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support financial activities of Operations and After‑Sales functions.
- Assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations and detailed financial analysis.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop reporting and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Participate in finance process improvements and ERP implementation projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA designation.
- Minimum three years of finance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in a large, multi‑site organization.
- Bilingual in English and French.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot).
- Power BI.
- ERP systems – preferably SAP.
