Airport Passenger Service Agent (PT) – Toronto (YYZ)

About the role

Responsible for providing customer service to passengers for all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check‑in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and any other queries or complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check‑in, including support for special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
• Operate the computerized ticketing and check‑in system, handling boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers throughout the airport.
• Perform work safely following company standards and report safety incidents per Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain required airport, state, or customs credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lb, push, pull, stand, walk, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, climb and crawl.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, including outdoor weather conditions.
