Aircraft Mechanic – MRO Production Department

About the role
We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to join the MRO Production Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. The role focuses on the disassembly, inspection, repair planning, reassembly and transfer of major aircraft components in a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the continuous development of skilled journey‑level artisans to meet current and future operational needs.
- Disassemble aircraft and major components for overhaul or modification.
- Remove major structural or system components such as panels from aircraft.
- Determine required repairs, reassemble and reinstall components on aircraft.
- Disassemble major components for transfer to various shops to support configuration changes.
Required profile
- Experience working with aircraft structures, systems and components in an MRO setting.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and safety standards while handling large aircraft parts.
