Aircraft Inspector – Maintenance & Structural QA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Inspector to ensure that all maintenance and structural work on our fleet complies with Transport Canada regulations and company standards. You will work on‑site, often at heights or in confined spaces, performing detailed inspections of mechanical systems and modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect maintenance work performed by aircraft mechanics for compliance with standards.
• Verify structural and mechanical systems meet Transport Canada and internal safety requirements.
• Review modifications to aircraft and mechanical systems to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical instructions accurately.
• Document inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft/aerospace manufacturing or maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Clear criminal record (security check).
• Availability for shift or on‑call work and immediate start date.
• Fluency in English (French optional).
