AI Adoption Operations Intern (Jan‑Dec 2027)

About the role

Join EQ Bank’s AI Centre of Enablement as an intern supporting enterprise AI adoption and operational excellence. You will coordinate AI training programs, manage certification tracking, and help drive internal communication campaigns across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for AI training tiers (White Belt, Blue Belt, Black Belt, Executive Belt), including scheduling, participant tracking, and certificate assignment.
• Organise training workshops with external vendors and internal facilities, handling room bookings, calendar invites, and material preparation.
• Track enrollment, completion rates, and certification status across all training levels.
• Create and run internal communication campaigns to promote AI training, adoption milestones, and enablement resources via Viva Engage, email, and SharePoint.
• Maintain AI enablement content on internal SharePoint sites and communication platforms.
• Support development of training materials, quick reference guides, and promotional assets.
• Gather and summarise participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with event coordination for AI‑related workshops, lunch‑and‑learns, and community sessions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post‑secondary program in Business, Communications, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and digital transformation.
• Self‑starter attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva.
